Daniel Goeken ChFC®, CFP®, BFA™
Dan specializes in the financial planning needs of pre-retirees and retired individuals. His career as a financial advisor began in 1987, spending 17 years with American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. before joining Securities America, Inc. in 2004. He established Insight Financial Planning in 2011.
Dan holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations along with the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), and Behavioral Financial AdvisorTM (BFATM) professional designations.
He grew up on a farm near Hartington, Nebraska and is a Wayne State College graduate.
Tyler Hefner BFA™
Tyler joined Insight in December of 2013 and joined the ownership group in 2018. He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals by understanding and guiding clients through their emotions in regards to financial planning and investing. He currently holds the Behavioral Financial Advisor™ (BFA™) designation, Life and Health as well as the Series 7 and 66 registrations.
Tyler enjoys spending his spare time with his three boys and wife, Ashley. Otherwise, you can find him either on the golf course or at the YMCA exercising.
Jeb Nordby CFP®, BFA™
Jeb joined the Insight Financial team as an advisor in 2017 and joined the ownership group in 2020. He holds registrations of Series 7, 63 and 66 while also being certified as a Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA™) and a CERTFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Jeb’s goal is to help individuals and families make sound financial decisions when planning for their future retirement. He has extensive experience in the areas of retirement planning, tax planning, and protection planning and gives regular group presentations over these topics.
Outside of the office, Jeb and his wife Alyssa have two daughters and a son. He has served the community as the business representative for the Steering Committee of the Norfolk Family Coalition that focuses on finding innovative solutions to improve communities in and around Norfolk and as a member of the Norfolk Kiwanis Emerging Leaders.
Cash Campbell
Cash is originally from Ashland, Nebraska and joined Insight Financial Planning as a Financial Advisor in December 2023. He will actively work to help others achieve their goals by understanding and guiding clients through their investment decisions using a hands on approach to retirement planning. He currently holds the SIE, Series 7 and 66 registrations.
In his free time, Cash enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling and watching his favorite sports teams with his wife, Elise.
Ludwin Benitez
Ludwin joined Insight in late 2024. He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations and earned a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management. This degree sharpened his skills in strategic planning, risk analysis, and long-term decision-making—tools he now applies to help clients navigate their financial journeys with clarity and confidence.
He is committed to helping individuals and families make informed decisions. He works with a wide range of clients—including young professionals, retirees, and business owners—to develop personalized strategies that support long-term financial well-being.
Originally from Northeast Oklahoma, Ludwin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. While at OU, he was actively involved in community service, which deepened his commitment to serving others—a value he continues to carry into his work today.
Cameron Eisenhauer
Cameron joined Insight in late 2024, bringing a strong passion for building meaningful relationships and guiding clients through important financial decisions. With Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, Cameron focuses on understanding each client’s unique goals and challenges—particularly in the area of retirement planning—where he strives to make a lasting impact on their financial lives.
Originally from Norfolk, Nebraska, he is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Outside the office, Cameron enjoys all things sports and stays active by participating in a wide range of athletic activities.
Jorge Osorio
In the summer of 2024, Jorge joined Insight as a Growing Together Career Scholar from Wayne State College. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance and holds both Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
Driven by a passion for helping individuals, families, and business owners, Jorge focuses on building financial strategies tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle. He believes financial planning begins with understanding what truly matters—goals, needs, and concerns.
At home, Jorge enjoys life with his wife, Berenice, and their daughter, Olivia. Together, they spend time swimming at the YMCA, going on walks, and enjoying the local parks.
Jorge is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Jarecsy Medina
Jarecsy joined the office in November of 2017, as an office assistant to all advisors in the office. She then took some time off to be a stay-at-home mom in 2019. In April of 2020, she returned to assist advisors and clients with their service needs —ranging from scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork to creating new accounts, processing requests and paperwork. After a few years, Jarecsy switched roles and now helps manage the office which can vary from client service, advisor support, compliance, technology, and human resources.
Jarecsy has an Associate of Arts degree in Administrative Professional from Northeast Community College.
She was raised in Nebraska most of her life, and currently resides in Norfolk with her husband, Yobany and two kids. Jarecsy loves learning about indoor plants, attending car events, and traveling.
Danielle Jorgensen
Danielle joined Insight Financial Planning in May 2023, she supports the advisors by providing pre- and post-appointment assistance along with helping clients with any service needs and requests.
Danielle holds an Applied Science degree in Administration for Northeast Community College.
She enjoys life with her three daughters and granddaughter.
Ashlyn Peterson
Ashlyn began working at the office in May of 2024. She supports the advisors with the following tasks — scheduling appointments, preparing and processing new account paperwork, maintaining client records, corresponding with clients and the broker/dealer, and assisting with training new support staff. Her behind-the-scenes work ensures smooth experiences for all clients.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Professional from Northeast Community College and is Microsoft certified in Excel, Word, and Access.
She was raised in Nebraska all her life, and currently resides in Norfolk with her golden retriever, Sunny. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her dog, watching dirt track racing, and making memories with family and friends.
